1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern access to and use of the LunaLoots website and any account registered on it. By completing registration, a player confirms acceptance of these terms in full. LunaLoots reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; material changes are communicated by email or an in-account notice at least 14 days before taking effect, except where a regulatory requirement mandates immediate implementation.

2. Eligibility

Access is restricted to individuals aged 18 or over, or the minimum legal gambling age in their jurisdiction of residence if higher. Registration is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or where LunaLoots does not hold applicable licensing. Age and identity are verified through standard KYC checks, typically triggered before a first withdrawal or sooner if account activity warrants earlier review. Accounts found to belong to a minor or to a resident of a restricted jurisdiction are closed immediately, with deposited funds (excluding bonus amounts and related winnings) returned to the original payment source.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold one account. Duplicate accounts, including those opened under a different name but linked to the same household, payment method or device, are treated as a breach of these terms and may result in suspension of all linked accounts pending investigation. Registration details must be accurate and kept current; providing false information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the original deposit method where possible. If a withdrawal amount exceeds the total deposited via a given method, the excess is routed to an alternative verified method or bank transfer. LunaLoots reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts exceeding €2,000.

5. Bonus Terms

All promotional bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is claimed, in addition to these general terms. General principles applying to all bonuses:

• A wagering requirement applies to bonus funds before any associated winnings become withdrawable
• A maximum stake per wager applies while a bonus balance is active; exceeding it voids winnings from that wager
• Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if wagering is not completed within the stated window
• LunaLoots reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer where abuse, including the use of betting patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, is reasonably suspected
• Bonuses cannot be combined with certain other offers unless explicitly stated

6. Responsible Gambling

Players may set deposit, loss and session limits at any time from account settings. Reductions to limits apply immediately; increases take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Self-exclusion may be requested for a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 5 years; once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period ends regardless of subsequent player request. LunaLoots does not market promotional offers to self-excluded or closed accounts.

7. Fair Play and Game Integrity

All games are supplied by third-party studios whose random number generators are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-player percentages are set by the respective game studio and displayed within each game’s information screen. LunaLoots does not alter RTP or outcome logic of any supplied game.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

LunaLoots reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software (including but not limited to bots or auto-play scripts designed to exploit game logic), or breach of these terms. Where an account is closed for cause, LunaLoots may withhold bonus funds and related winnings pending investigation; verified deposit balances unrelated to the suspected breach remain withdrawable.

9. Dispute Resolution

Players with an unresolved complaint should first contact support directly. If a resolution is not reached within 14 days, MGA-licensed account holders may escalate the complaint to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider at no cost. Details of the applicable ADR body are provided on request and in the account’s regulatory disclosure section.

10. Limitation of Liability

LunaLoots is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor delays, or scheduled maintenance communicated in advance. Game results displayed during a confirmed technical malfunction are void, and affected wagers are refunded to the account balance.

11. Changes to These Terms

LunaLoots may update these terms periodically to reflect regulatory, operational or commercial changes. Continued use of the account after a notified change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Players who do not accept a material change may close their account and withdraw any eligible balance under the terms in effect at the time of the request.
